With 54 remaining on Day 7, all players are now guaranteed at least $160,036.

Between the youngest player, Andrey Pateychuk and the oldest, Steve Brecher, there are 54 players remaining in Day Seven of the World Series of Poker. J.P. Kelly of Aylesbury, the two time gold bracelet winner, is already in the money again this year. Phillipp Gruissem of London who is also a mixed martial arts fighter and Sam Holden of Canterbury, a professional poker player and first time WSOP atendee, are making their way towards the final table.

Events will continue throughout the rest of today with the final day being tomorrow.

This is the 58th and final event on the 2011 WSOP schedule which is played in Las Vegas. Seven more gold bracelet events will take place in Cannes, France, to be held in October 7th through 20th as part of the 5thAnnual World Series of Poker Europe.

This marks the seventh consecutive year the WSOP has been held at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino. Prior to 2005, the WSOP was held at Binion’s Horseshoe in downtown Las Vegas.
