The global gaming industry suffers another hit in connection with the Full Tilt Fiasco. The virulent misdeeds of the company’s owners and board members continues to put people out of work and pull others into the sites of US Attorney Preet Bharara. Two Irish based interests of Full Tilt were included in Mr. Bharara’s complaint this week. Those companies, Pocket Kings Consulting Ltd and Pocket Kings Ltd.

These two interests, located in Dublin, are under the direction of one Mr. Bitar. Tiltware, the main company from which Full Tilt spawned is also listed as under the direction of Mr. Bitar. In April, according to Mr. Bharara, the accused divvied up a sizeable fortune and deposited the ill-gotten gains in protected foreign bank accounts. Mr. Bitar is said to have received over $40M.

If Full Tilt and the alleged conspirators are found guilty in criminal trial, the properties and global holdings could be subject to liquidation to compensate customers in civil litigation.
