		<description>It looks as though their gambling commission is keeping a good eye out for their State.  The casinos should be fined much more if they let self-excluded patrons into the casino.  That&#039;s a binding contract between the problem gambler and the casino, but maybe the punter should be fined as well?</description>

The problem as I see it, is that gambling money is all over the place, it doesn&#039;t take but a little bit of digging to find at least six degrees of separation from any legitimate corporation to a legitimate casino in the US.</description>
